AEROBICS

Be a part of the FBCJ aerobic program, which includes all classes listed below. To join, register at the Christian Life Center. You do not have to be a member of FBCJ. Both members and non-members pay only $20 a month with no joining fee. Most instructors are AFFA, ACE, CPR Certified, and Spinning Certified.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

  • Pilates— strengthens, lengthens, and tones all muscles of the body
  • Cardio Fit for Life—great mixture of step, kickboxing, and cardio dance
  • Outstretched in Praise—focuses on correct breathing, form, and flexibility
  • Body Sculpt—Uses hand weights, body bars, and Pilates moves to gain muscle
  • Lunch Crunch—tones abs, arms, his, and legs
  • Cardio Blast— combines step and kick-boxing
  • Pump it Up—a body bar workout for toning or strength
  • Spinning— great workout using stationary bikes
  • Step it Up—great cardio workout using step to strengthen and tone
  • Step and Strength—combines step and kickboxing for a great all around workout
  • P.A.C.E.— (People with Arthritis Can Exercise) for all who need a little bit slower exercise plan
  • Mom and Me– exercise with your baby
  • Abs— Ultimate toning for the Abs area
