BOOKING A PARTY

Registration form needs to be filled out at the CLC. Policies and procedures must be read and waiver signed before application can be processed.

Please allow 1 week for application approval. Someone will call you as soon as your application has been processed.

TIMES AVAILABLE
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 3:00 - 4:30 p.m. or 3:30 - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, 9:30 - 11:00 a.m.

FEE
$50 FBC member
This includes use of the dining room and kitchen (ice machine, refrigerator and sinks) and one basketball court.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
These options are in addition to the basic party fee. Options are limited by staff availability.

Climbing Wall: Limit 20 people, Fee: $3.00/person
Craft Room: Limit 20 children, Fee: $7/child
We supply one project per child, plus supplies and instructor. Add $15 for craft room rental in addition to the base cost.
Tea Party: Limit 20 children; mimum of 12 children, Fee: $7/child

CREATE YOUR OWN CRAFT PARTY

Limit 20-25 children
Create your own craft party by being responsible for all the supplies and providing the instruction. Add $35 for room rental. This does not include the dining room or use of the kitchen or gym.
